With 6 industrial parks with completed infrastructure and put into operation, in order to create jobs for workers and laborers, Binh Thuan has deployed many solutions to attract investors to industrial parks, especially for profit. So when the two expressways Dau Giay - Phan Thiet - Vinh Hao are put into operation.
Currently, in Binh Thuan province, there are 9 industrial parks (IPs) that have been approved for development planning with a total area of more than 3,000 hectares, including 1 specialized industrial park specializing in titanium mineral processing and 8 multi-industry industrial parks. . Among these, 6 industrial parks have been invested in complete basic infrastructure, including: Phan Thiet Industrial Park phase 1 (68ha), Phan Thiet Industrial Park phase 2 (40.7ha), Ham Kiem Industrial Park I (132.67ha) , Ham Kiem II Industrial Park (402.06ha), Tuy Phong Industrial Park (150ha), Song Binh Industrial Park (300ha).

Particularly, Son My I Industrial Park (1,070ha) is focusing on compensation and site clearance, has started construction and initially deployed investment in building technical infrastructure, Tan Duc Industrial Park (300ha) is focusing on work Compensation, site clearance and expected to start construction at the end of 2023, Son My II Industrial Park (540ha) is in the investment preparation stage.

The most exciting is Phan Thiet Industrial Park phase 1, which has attracted 100% of the leased land area with 39 investment projects. Meanwhile, Phan Thiet Industrial Park phase 2 attracted 11 projects, filling 74% of the area. About 12km away from these two industrial parks is Ham Kiem I Industrial Park, which attracts 17 projects (59.3% occupancy rate). Nearby is Ham Kiem II Industrial Park with 14 projects, occupancy rate of 24.58%.
In order to attract investors to operate in industrial parks, every year, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province organizes many investment promotion activities suitable to the actual situation of the province.

According to the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Binh Thuan province, from the beginning of 2023 until now, the Provincial People's Committee has directed to coordinate with relevant departments and units to organize investment promotion seminars in the province's industrial parks. In particular, focus on identifying advantages, analyzing potential and opportunities to connect investment in industrial parks in the province when the Dau Giay - Phan Thiet - Vinh Hao expressway is operational and put into operation.
