The Department of Information and Communications has coordinated with VNPT Group to complete the application of Binh Thuan Digital Citizen (CDS Binh Thuan). This is an application installed and used on smart mobile devices (phones, tablets...) that provides many utilities; specifically:
(1) Reflecting on the scene: After receiving information, the government resolved and responded to people's feedback related to the fields of: Security and order; Environmental sanitation; Construction management, urban technical infrastructure; Hygiene and food safety; Protecting consumer rights.
(2) Public services: Providing utilities related to performing public services online; Look up administrative procedures; Look up the results of handling documents; submit; reflect recommendations related to resolving administrative procedures.
(3) Explore Binh Thuan: Integrate Binh Thuan Smart Tourism Portal to provide information about Binh Thuan tourism; There are also two utilities: "explore cuisine" and "discover travel".
(4) Look up traffic violations: Look up information about traffic violations.
(5) Education: Provides utilities for early-level enrollment, installation applications for parents, students, teachers and online learning.
(6) Market information: Provides exchange rates, gold prices and promotion information at Lotte Supermarket and Co.op Supermarket.
(7) smartCA digital signature: Utilities related to personal electronic digital signatures provided by 03 telecommunications enterprises (VNPT, Mobifone and Viettel).
(8) MyTV: Provides online TV viewing facilities.
(9) Argument conversion handbook: Provides basic knowledge about digital conversion.
(10) Social security: Provides search facilities for social insurance, health insurance and taxes.
(11) Employment services: Integrate the website of Binh Thuan Employment Service Center to provide information about employment needs and labor recruitment needs in the province.
(12) Essential information: Provide utilities for people to look up some necessary information in daily activities (emergency directory, water outage schedule, power outage schedule, weather, weather forecast sea, perpetual calendar).
(13) Lottery: Provides utility to look up lottery results in Binh Thuan and southern provinces.
Currently, the CDS Binh Thuan application has been posted on the App Store and Google Play, ready for people to install and use on smart mobile devices (phones, tablets...).
Putting the Binh Thuan CDS application into use across the province will contribute to promoting the province's digital transformation in the near future; aiming for people to enjoy the benefits of digital transformation activities.
In addition, when people install the application, they will receive notifications and propaganda information from local authorities.
